There’s no time like now to invest in our future
The climate is changing, the global population is growing and our consumption is at an all-time high. We’ve seen the acute effects of events such as a worldwide pandemic and wars disrupt the global supply chain and the impacts of global warming such as weather events and seasonal changes decimate open field crops.
In fact, the Global Report on Food Crisis 2022 Mid-year Update states that up to 205 million people are expected to face acute food insecurity and will be in need of urgent assistance across 45 countries.
To protect our crops, meet the demand and achieve food security, we need to act now.
Through methods such as intensive cropping, automation, agritech, growing to meet demand, and reducing wastage of our resources (produce, land and labour) we have an opportunity to turn the tide and increase the year-round quality and yield of our crops.
Our Roots.
The story of Evergreen is one of kiwi ingenuity, investment and property know-how, and a penchant for growing fresh and quality produce - with humble beginnings in the heart of Palmerston North, New Zealand.
Over the years, Evergreen Group has grown to include a team of field experts, each contributing to respective branches of the business. We work with leading researchers, investors, farmers, importers and exporters, national suppliers and product developers to create a holistic, top-to-bottom ecosystem of sustainable supply.
Evergreen has an established and qualified history in the horticulture field, investing in orchards and holding a portfolio of horticultural properties across Australia and New Zealand.

Development of a wide range of nutritious and healthy fine foods, functional beverages and healthy pet treats. Our product ingredients are sustainably and ethically sourced from Evergreen Farms and other quality producers, reducing wastage and cutting out the middleman.
